The objective of the seminar is to keep abreast of the various
technological advancements taking place in the field of Artillery
Weapon System and to crystallize the functional requirements of next
generation of Artillery weapons in India and abroad. Participants
will have the opportunity to access professional audience from
various Directorates of Indian Army Headquarters, Defense Research
and Development Organization, Ordnance Factory Boards, Defense
Public Sector Undertakings and Private Sector representatives in
addition to Artillery officers, who are planned to attend the
seminar.
Seminar topics will include Artillery Gun technology, autonomous gun
and its support systems, Rocket and Mortar technologies, High
mobility vehicles, Communication Equipment, Night vision devices,
Automation of target acquisition and engagement by guns,
Surveillance and target acquisition equipment , Metrological
equipment , Survey equipment, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and Ranging
Systems.
