BAE Systems
has appointed Bill Clifford as president
of its Ship Repair business, effective April 1, 2008.
Clifford will succeed Al Krekich, who
will retire March 31, 2008, after serving as Ship Repair’s
president for the past 10 years.
The Boeing Company
[NYSE:BA] announced today that Naveed Hussain
will serve in India as its Vice President of Engineering
and Technology. Hussain will report to Boeing's Office
of Technology and to Ian Thomas, president of Boeing India.
Until recently Husein was director of Flight Engineering
for Boeing Integrated Defense Systems.

Force Protection is
searching for new CEO - Gordon McGilton, Chief
Executive Officer of Force protection Inc., has announced his
retirement from the Company effective January 31, 2008. Michael
Moody, age 61, presently President, as the Interim
CEO while a search is conducted to select a CEO from internal
and external candidates
Northrop
Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC - News) announced C.
Michael Petters, currently corporate vice president
and president of Newport News, has been elected corporate vice
president and president of the newly
created Northrop Grumman Shipbuilding. Philip A.
Teel, currently corporate vice president and president
of Ship Systems, has been elected corporate vice president and
president of the company's Mission Systems
sector effective April 1, 2008. He will succeed Jerry
B. Agee who is retiring in August 2008.
Earlier this month the company has announced two new executive
appointments related to newly created divisions. Jeffrey
Q. Palombo was appointed as sector vice president and
general manager of the company's newly-created Land
Forces Division, including land forces, communications
systems and laser systems programs.
Northrop Grumman named Joseph J. Ensor
as vice president and general manager of the newly-created Space
& ISR Systems Division (Intelligence,
Surveillance, Reconnaissance) within the company's
Electronic Systems sector.
James Culmo was appointed as
vice president of Airborne Early Warning/Battle Management Command
and Control-Navy (AEW/BMC2-N) Programs. Culmo
succeeds Thomas Vice
who was named vice president of Integrated Systems Eastern Region
in November 2007. Patricia McMahon was appointed
as deputy of Integrated Systems Eastern Region and Bethpage,
N.Y. site manager. She reports directly to Thomas
Vice, who was named vice president
of the company's Integrated Systems Eastern Region
in November 2007.

Israel Aerospace
Industries (IAI) announced three new executive
appointments: Brig. General (ret.) Moshe Lipel
was assigned as VP Finance at IAI's Elta
Systems division. Prior to his retirement from
the military, Lipel was head of the Budget Branch at the
Ministry of Defense, and the Financial Advisor to the
Chief of Staff. |

Also at Elta, Tal Sagi was appointed
legal advisor and Vice President at Elta Systems, serving
as the company's legal advisor. At IAI/Bedek,
Col. (Ret.) Moshe medina was appointed general manager
of the aircraft plant at the Bedek Aviation division,
IAI's MRO and aircraft conversion center. Medina retired
from the Israel Air Force in 2006, after 27 years of service.

has appointed Greg Clarke as Senior Manager,
Corporate Communications, for the company’s
Defense North America business, including Rolls-Royce
North America Technologies Inc. – LibertyWorks.
Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems
(SAS) appointed W. Timothy Carey Vice
President for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance
Systems W. Timothy Carey Vice President for Intelligence,
Surveillance and Reconnaissance Systems. He will report
to Jon Jones, Raytheon Company vice president
and president of SAS. Carey will succeed Michael L. Proch,
who is retiring after 34 years with Raytheon. Carey, also
a Raytheon veteran, joined the company in 1978.
Science
Applications International Corporation (SAIC)
(NYSE:SAI) today announced that Laura Luke
has joined the company as vice president, media relations.
Prior to joining SAIC, she served as director, corporate
communications for SRA International Inc.
