Rafael To Supply Decoys for
Australian FFG-7 Frigates

Rafael will supply the Australian Navy six LRCR decoy systems to be used as part of the anti-ship missile defense (ASMD) system installed on the modernized FFG-7 class frigates. The contract value is estimated at US$ 4 million and could be increased, if the systems will also be provided to other Royal Australian Navy vessels. The Australian company ADI is currently modernizing six Adelaide guided missile frigates for the Australian Navy, under a A$ 1 billion contract. The systems are developed and built by Rafael MANOR systems and warheads division.
