 A compact, lightweight EO payload designed for small
UAVs, land applications and small boats, The stabilized turret
assembly, mounted on four gimbals, can be fitted with various
electro-optical sensors including thermal, CCD TV and optional
lasers including eye-safe laser rangefinder. When configured for
night only missions, the payload can be fitted with laser
illuminator. EMOS is built to withstand airspeeds of up to 250
knots and altitude of 10,000 feet.
At IDEF 2005 in Ankara Elbit demonstrated the EMOS payload
integrated into its Stingray Unmanned
Surface Vessel (USV). |
