Raven Eye II family of EOIR payloads is developed under
collaboration between Northrop Grumman and IAI/TAMAM. These systems
are based on TAMAM's Multi-mission Optronics Stabilized Payload (MOSP).
Raven Eye is offered in a triple sensor configuration, with two day
channels (ColorCCD+FLIR) and a single night channel (high performance
FLIR with microscan) as well as laser designator/rangefinder or
rangefinder and pointer. Raven Eye offers very high line-of-sight
stabilization performance (less than 15microRadian). It can be
manually controlled by the operator, via datalink or automatically,
slaved to the navigation system or radar for fast cooperative
targeting. The system is equipped with video automatic target tracker.
